neglect their computers hoping or believing that they'll just go on
forever. Well they don't. If they did you wouldn't be
reading this website and we'd be out of work!
Our preventative maintenance scheme complements our reactive support
perfectly. Customers with a preventative maintenance schedule
benefit from the improved reliability, speed and overall health of
their network. We provide remote dial in and onsite visits, or
a combination thereof, to ensure that everything is running in tip
top condition. This not only allows us to spot and remedy
problems before they happen but it also means that in the event of a
failure problems are easier to fix, which allows us to get you back
up and running much sooner.
Our maintenance covers such things as security patches, firmware and
driver updates, disk usage, monitoring of event logs, clean up of
temporary and cache files, physical server health i.e. fans or hard
disk errors, backup and anti-virus checks and much much more.
These maintenance sessions are all designed to ensure that
everything on your network is running in tip top condition.
Our list of checks is always increasing or being improved to keep up
with the latest threats and issues affecting the IT industry.
We recommend that customers have quarterly onsite maintenance visits
as a minimum. Ideally monthly visits or a combination of
quarterly visits and monthly remote dial in maintenance sessions in
between visits.
